Expert Hydrojetting and Drain Cleaning in Corona, CA

RAM Plumbing Htg & Air handles hydrojetting and drain cleaning for Corona properties of all sizes. Corona's water supply runs hard, measuring 200–260 ppm, which causes mineral scale to coat pipe walls and compound grease and hair buildup faster than in many other Southern California cities. Older neighborhoods carry cast iron and clay sewer laterals where tree roots push through cracked joints during the city's long dry seasons. Newer subdivisions deal with the same hard water assault on modern PVC lines. Our team clears kitchen drains, bathroom drains, and main sewer laterals using high-pressure hydrojetting that scours pipe walls end to end, not just punches a hole through the clog. We also use drain snaking and video camera inspection to find the true source of a blockage before any work begins. If your drains are slow, gurgling, or backing up into multiple fixtures, call RAM Plumbing Htg & Air to schedule service in Corona today.

Hydrojetting and Drain Cleaning FAQ

Common questions about hydrojetting and drain cleaning in Corona, CA.

Hydrojetting is the right call when clogs keep coming back or when multiple fixtures in your Corona home back up at once. Snaking clears a path through a clog, but hydrojetting scours the full pipe wall and removes the mineral scale and grease buildup that causes repeat blockages.

Corona's water is hard, running at 200–260 ppm, which causes mineral scale to build up inside pipes and makes grease stick to pipe walls faster. Tree roots also push into older sewer laterals during the city's extended dry seasons, adding to the problem.

Yes, hydrojetting is safe for most pipes when a technician first inspects pipe condition with a camera. Older or fragile pipes may need a different pressure setting or a different method, which our team determines before starting any work in your Corona home.

Multiple drains backing up at the same time is the clearest sign your main sewer line needs attention. Gurgling sounds from toilets, sewage odors near drains, or water backing into a bathtub when you run the washing machine are also warning signs for Corona homeowners.

Yes, we clear kitchen drains, bathroom drains, and main sewer laterals throughout Corona. Each service starts with a camera inspection so we use the right method for the specific blockage in your line.

Most Corona homes benefit from main sewer line cleaning every 18 to 24 months. Homes with mature trees near the sewer line, older cast iron or clay laterals, or a history of recurring clogs may need attention more often.

My shower was broken and spraying water out of the handle. I got the run around and quoted really high pricing by some other plumbing companies for over a week. Called these guys and they had a tech out in no time. Ryan fixed the problem and replaced the valve in less than an hour, all the while explaining to me what the issue was and the cost for repair (which was a lot more reasonable than some of the other quotes I got). I am definitely going to be using this company again if I need any more plumbing work done.

Michael arrived timely and was extremely kind, knowledgeable and effective. He was honest in explaining that the gas company should not have turned off my gas and the furnace wasn't broken. He tested it and it was running in a matter of minutes. I regret having to spend a fee for a diagnosis that it isn't broken. ( He did give a discount) I appreciate the kindness, experience and ability to allow us to have a warm home again. I would highly recommend this company over any other for future use.

Jeff is a phenomenal plumber. He came out and worked late into the evening to fix a hot slab leak within the wall. He completed a heavy duty job with reasonable prices. Jeff is a people person and is very professional. Jeff told me he started his plumber trade by age 20 yrs. He is very knowledgeable and insightful regarding plumbing/leaking issues behind the kitchen wall. Thank you Jeff for taking care of this matter so efficiently. I will definitely call you again. Thank you Ram Plumbing and heating company staff!!!

They did a great job! We were out of town and told the hot water heater was leaking. I called Ram Plumbing in Corona and David stayed late to install a new heater. He did an outstanding job and got us up to current codes plus a a fair price.
